Terms of Service for Mother AI Tales

Welcome to Mother AI Tales (the “App”), a mobile application designed for adults to generate AI-powered stories for potential reading to children. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1. The App is intended for use by adults only. It is the sole responsibility of the adult user to determine the suitability of any generated story or image for a child.
1.2. The App allows users to generate stories and associated images using third-party AI models. We do not create or control these AI models and, therefore, are not responsible for the content generated.
1.3. While we strive to implement safeguards to promote the generation of child-appropriate content, we cannot guarantee that every generated story or image will be suitable for all children. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before sharing it with a child.
1.4. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the App to generate content that is harmful, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

2. Content Responsibility

2.1. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the content you generate using the App. This includes the text of the story and any associated images.
2.2. We do not endorse or approve any specific content generated by users.
2.3. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the generated content.
2.4. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may sometimes produce unexpected or inappropriate results. It is your responsibility to exercise caution and review all generated content carefully.

3. Third-Party AI Models

3.1. The App utilizes third-party AI models to generate stories and images. We do not own or control these models.
3.2. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these AI models.
3.3. We do not guarantee that the AI models will always generate content that meets your expectations.

4. Advertising

4.1. The App is supported by advertising through AdMob. You acknowledge that you may see advertisements while using the App.
4.2. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
5.2. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
5.3. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the use of the App.

7. Indemnification

7.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your generated content, or your breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms in the App.
9.2. Your continued use of the App following the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
